Supreme Pharmaceuticals Announces Additional $5 Million Non-Brokered Private Placement of Convertible Debenture Units

Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:SL)(CSE:SL.CN) is pleased to announce its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement (the “Non-Brokered Offering”) of up to $5 million of convertible debenture units on the same terms as the securities proposed to be issued in the Company’s recently announced, $50 million bought deal private placement (the “Brokered Offering”). Subject to customary closing conditions, including Canadian Securities Exchange approval, the Non-Brokered Offering is expected to close concurrently with the Brokered Offering, on or about December 7, 2016 .
