Super Lemon Haze is not especially difficult to cultivate, though it does require some maintenance, so it is not recommended for first-time growers. The strain requires a relatively mild climate, with temperatures ranging between 22 – 28 degrees Celsius. Like most cannabis strains, Super Lemon Haze cannot tolerate extreme cold or heat.
Nonetheless, Super Lemon Haze can be cultivated in both indoor and outdoor environments, as long as the temperatures remain consistent. At peak maturity, Super Lemon Haze plants generally stand between 1.5 – 2 meters tall. With taller plants, “topping” may be necessary to ensure that sunlight, or artificial light, reaches all the way down to the lower flowers and leaves.
It is important to note that Super Lemon Haze is also a very productive strain of cannabis. On average, it takes Super Lemon Haze plants about 10-12 weeks to flower, which is slightly longer than average, but each plant can yield up to a whopping 800 grams.
