SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICES CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT MANAGER (BILINGUAL) – TORONTO, ON
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Services, the ideal candidate will focus on making sure our customers get what they want, and when they need it, by overseeing the complete end to end order fulfillment process. This includes ensuring orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s customer service standards all while delivering exceptional customer service. It is both a strategic and tactical position – preserving adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost, as well as providing input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. A successful candidate will be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and customers. This working manager will continue to streamline and evolve the customer fulfillment operations process including order entry, administration, and logistics. These activities require tight internal business linkages, process understanding, good judgement, people skills and succinct communication is critical for success. System experience with tools such as SAP & Excel a must.
End to end customer order management including freight & logistics.
Develop and implement customer service strategies & KPI’s.
Ensure processes are aligned and in place for efficient and effective fulfillment.
Analyze existing processes to identify cost-saving and efficiency-gaining opportunities
Collaborate with sales teams for development and implementation of key customer service programs.
Compile data and generate monthly reports ensuring all customer service metrics are achieved.
Development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Provide transparent, clear and concise communication to senior leadership team members
Maintaining relationships with 3rd party carriers and distribution network in order to track delivery performance and resolve and solve issues appropriately
Optimize replenishment process to meet in-stock, inventory and sales objectives while maintaining fill rates.
Manage projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Replenishment efficiencies
Build and maintain customer and internal stakeholder relationships to drive supply chain efficiency.
Communicate over stock situations timely to prevent short-dated product.
Bachelor’s degree required (Logistics or Business-related fields preferred)
Minimum 5-7 years Supply Chain related experience (Customer Service, Planning, Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing)
Strong ERP system experience, SAP.
Bilingual – English/French a must
Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills.
Has an ability to build relationships to drive results and can present regularly to small-medium size groups.
Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines.
Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
Experience in pharma, and or CPG a must.
Well organized, with a passion for follow-through and completion
Certification in Supply Chain Academy or APICS is a plus
MANAGER, MARKET INTELLIGENCE ANALYTICS – TORONTO, ON
Reporting to the Market Intelligence Director, the Manager Market Intelligence Analytics, works as part of a team of Market Intelligence, Marketing and Consumer Experience professionals to support market research and analytics.
The Manager Market Intelligence Analytics assists Market Intelligence Director and supports internal business leaders through the provision of customer and marketplace analysis to ensure business strategies are grounded in consumer understanding and foresight. In addition, executes and manages all measurement, analysis and reporting across the company.
Monitor and forecast market trends using market research, market tracker and sales data
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions through primary and secondary research techniques
Analyze data using statistical software
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
Prepare reports and present results to the management
Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, statistics, Marketing, Business or related majors.
4+ years of professional research experience working with consumer/customer research methodologies producing actionable data and insights.
Experience with Consumer Tracker, Retail Audit and other research such as NPL forecasting, new product concepts, segmentation, usage & attitude studies, user experience, using data analytics in conjunction with research
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to prepare engaging, simple, succinct PowerPoint slides to tell a story
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking with experience with large data sets/databases, integrating, preparing for analysis.
Reporting to the General Manager, the QAP will be responsible for the development, maintenance and improvement of the facilities Quality Assurance Program. Alongside reporting to the General Manager, the QAP will be expected to report to company level regulatory authorities as required to ensure proper implementation of the QAP program.
Overall responsibility for development, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s QA/QC program including regulatory compliance with all aspects of the Cannabis Act and the FDA and GPP requirements therein
Responsible for development and approval of SOPs, compliance to change controls and approval of pre and post execution validation documents
Ensure adherence to good documentation practices on all applicable documents
Management of deviation reports and related corrective/preventative actions, and to recommend follow up actions on areas identified as non-compliant
Responsible for leading investigations into all customer complaint process recalls, returns and adverse reactions
Lead and/or support cross functional investigations/projects
Responsible for self-inspections, internal audit program and 3rd party audits
Oversee/facilitate training in all aspects of the QA/QC program
Oversee development and implementation of Company’s Record Keeping systems
Contact for Health Canada interactions, including, but not limited to, audits and inspections. Must ensure observations arising from inspections are addressed and closed within reasonable timeframes.
Work closely with the departmental managers to ensure staff are working in compliance with internal policies and procedures, external client expectations and GPPs
Update job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Coordinate and perform vendor qualification and compliance audits
Provide oversight for QA/QC activities performed by contract testing laboratories and contract manufacturing companies
Oversight of sanitation department and activities, including Compliance and Record Keeping functions
BSc in chemistry related or life sciences related education field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing QA/QC systems in an industrial setting
Training and experience in auditing and / or conducting self-inspections
Experience regulatory relations
Approval as Quality Assurance Person by Health Canada
Experience in CPG and oil extraction
Previous experience with a Canadian licensed producer
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
