Customer Marketing Manager
Customer Marketing Manager – Toronto, ON

From developing creative concepts, to managing budgets and relationships in a regulated market, the Customer Marketing Manager will be a key member of a high-performance marketing team. A knowledge of the cannabis regulations is considering an advantage.
What you’ll be doing at Supreme:
- Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Communications, the chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the creation, with the Brand team, of high-quality customer marketing tools for Supreme Cannabis full suite of brands.
- Create exciting and compelling programming for customers to help the Sales team drive distribution for all brands.
- Ensuring timely, high-quality coordination and execution of brand and customer programming across Canada.
- Create and develop marketing calendar, programming and materials for all retail customers, working closely with the Brand and Sales team to maximize brand exposure.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs, including POS activations, for retail consumers from start to finish, driving collaboration with the key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple vendor relationships and budget while co-ordinating the development and distribution of physical brand materials across Canada.
- Evaluate impact of current and future programming against KPIs.
- Identify cross-business synergies to enhance efficiencies and better serve business needs.
- This position requires an individual who can multitask effectively and work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment at an advanced level.
To excel in this role, you need:
- Relevant degree in marketing, or business, communication.
- Minimum 3-5 years trade marketing experience within the CPG field.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organization skills.
- Experience in working within a regulated industry is an asset.
- Ability to follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Effects) or alternative design software and print processes is an asset.
