We are seeking a Director, Creative Services who can imaginatively express brands within the Supreme portfolio. In this position, you will consistently bring fresh ideas to design while developing, leading and working-with a team of brand content and graphic designers.
With a strong background in regulated marketing design, you will translate business objectives into results-driven, creative and inspiring deliverables. Working collaboratively, the incumbent will manage the creative process across a variety of mediums for packaging, digital, video/multimedia and print design. This position will report into the VP Marketing.
From concept to completion you are a solutions person who can drive best practices and continuous improvement in the design studio. You are an experienced mentor and coach in a creative team environment, and you understand the importance of diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace. Develop and interpret briefs from clients and project managers and translate their needs to create a design vision.

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain, the Forecast Analyst is responsible for the accurate forecasting of product demand by item and province. The successful candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of the forecasting process, which entails working and communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Performing in-depth analysis of sales and inventory performance by province, identifying market trends, and developing a solid understanding of customer demand and their respective impacts to the forecasting process.

The Brand Manager, KKE will execute the adult recreational strategy and all brand marketing activities in the cannabis space for the Khalifa Kush Enterprise brand in Canada.
The development and integration of the brand plan will involve the consideration of the current cannabis market; legislation, regulations and access challenges. Using strong regulated marketing skills and business acumen, the KKE Brand Manager who will report to the Director of Marketing will coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors and consultants to help legally promote and execute the formulary, marketing plan, regulatory requirements, market access strategy, and consumer outreach strategy.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Commercialization, you will oversee the product commercialization process, develop and facilitate Stage Gate approval meetings with senior management and drive continuous improvement in the way new product launches are executed. This individual interfaces extensively with key stakeholders of all levels of leadership and across multiple functions including Consumer and Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and all functions within Supply Chain team (Procurement, Manufacturing and Customer Service & Logistics) to deliver projects on time and within cost and quality parameters.

University Degree or College Diploma required; 1-2 years of related experience in business development would be an asset; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
5+ years’ experience in product/project management in a leadership position, preferably at a FMCG organization.
