Reporting to the Manager, Trade Marketing & Education, the Trade Development Associate will be responsible for developing and executing Supreme Cannabis’ educational curriculum to the trade. From product knowledge sessions, educational seminars to retail pop-ups, our Educators are the embodiment of our commitment to delivering best-in-class cannabis education. The chosen educator possesses the knowledge, confidence and communication skills required to teach individuals about the complex subject of cannabis, in a succinct fashion. A robust knowledge of cannabis regulations is considered an advantage.
What you’ll be doing at Supreme:
Create and execute all trade (and consumer) facing education about Supreme, ensuring that retailers, our partners and internal team members speak authentically and factually about our products.
Develop and build relationships with our retail partners and establish oneself as Supreme Cannabis’ educational resource to the trade.
Excel as a brand ambassador at conferences, retail store workshops and pop-up shops by being an accommodating and accurate educational resource.
Research and prepare educational presentations for a wide range of audiences.
Demonstrate an advanced level of cannabis knowledge, spanning from consumption methods, grow methodology, chemical composition of the cannabis plant, to the history of cannabis etc.

This position requires an individual who can multi-task effectively and work well within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management and organization skills.
Ability to follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Previous experience working in a start-up environment is an asset.
G licensed, ability to travel up to 40-60% of the time, full-time access to a vehicle.
