Valerie Rother is the Vice President of Talent at The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc. Ms. Rother is responsible for talent acquisition and development, workplace culture and engagement, succession planning and performance management at Supreme Cannabis and across all operating subsidiaries.
Ms. Rother has sixteen years of experience in recruitment, talent management and HR business practices. Previously, Ms. Rother was Director of People and Culture at Wave Financial, where she oversaw the company’s talent strategy and acquisition. Prior to Wave Financial, Ms. Rother was Human Resources Relationship Manager & Director of Recruitment at CIBC Mellon. While at CIBC Mellon, Ms. Rother was responsible for overseeing all recruitment initiatives and facilitating the talent management strategy in support of organizational initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, offshoring, organization design and succession management.
