Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst – Corporate will be responsible for providing general accounting for Supreme. The candidate will be a key contributor to the organization and will be part of the finance team that ensures all internal and external reporting requirements are met. The candidate will work closely with the CFO and other senior management team members.


  • Responsible for overseeing the procure to pay process and ensuring appropriate review and approval of payments
  • Performing monthly reviews of all vendor invoices and utilizing judgment and estimates to determine appropriate month end accrual balances
  • Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals and calculating the depreciation to be recorded in each period
  • Overseeing corporate payroll functions and ensuring employees are paid accurately
  • Maintaining monthly payroll reconciliations including appropriate statutory withholdings, benefits payments and vacation balances
  • Perform cash reconciliation for all corporate bank accounts
  • Assist in compiling monthly management reporting package and budget to actual analysis
  • Assist in compiling compliance documents to be submitted to regulators and the TSX.V


  • Minimum three years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping function
  • University or college degree
  • Candidates pursuing a CPA designation will be given preference, however a CPA designation or CPA pursuit is not a requirement
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, coupled with self-starter and self-learning capabilities
  • Ability to adopt to fast paced and constantly changing environments
  • Proficiency in MS 365 or MS Office applications
  • SAP/SAP S4HANNA experience is an asset
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Must be passionate about the cannabis industry
