About This Position


The Graphic/Web Designer is responsible for owning the development to production lifecycle of all The Supreme Cannabis Company’s and its’ subsidiary brand, 7ACRES, packaging, digital, web and print materials. The Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring that all marketing assets for are portrayed and produced in a premium, high-quality manner. They are also responsible coordinating and managing major projects independently or in collaboration with other partners. This role reports into the VP, Marketing & Regulatory Affairs, or his delegate.


  • Provide advanced creative services including packaging development, motion graphics storyboarding, digital illustration, web design, animation, infographics / data visualization
  • 2D/3D modeling, design, rendering and animation
  • Develop the images used in a variety of creative projects, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, catalogs, direct mail, corporate identity, packaging and web/mobile sites
  • Using Prezi, Flash, Keynote and iBooks to create interactive corporate presentations
  • Measuring, reporting and improvement recommendations on digital/website metrics
  • Organize the layout, format, and design of materials
  • Develop visual journalism assets or web, social and video
  • Managing the design, evolution and editorial images of all TSCC digital publications
  • Own the project lifecycle: including discovery, initial assessment, solution definition, negotiation of key partnerships, development of creative, execution, measurement to production of end product
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and keep current with emerging strategies, capabilities and/or trends for multimedia solutions and print processes
  • Maintain agency and supplier relationships
  • Identify cross-business synergies to enhance efficiencies and better serve business needs
  • Actively work to resolve escalated issues and manage changes within the project
  • Be an expert internal consultant, providing advice and guidance on Multimedia Solutions and Multimedia initiatives/issues
  • Critical skills; typography, motion graphics design, infographics, illustration
  • 3-5 years experience in digital agency and/or CPG with a strong consumer facing presence
  • Demonstrated strengths in impacting and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations from analysis
  • Ability to proactively resolve problems and manage conflict/negotiate positively
  • The ability to adapt in a rapidly changing / fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organization skills
  • The candidate will have the ability to effectively liaise with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as vendors and consultants.
  • Video production and editing expertise is an asset
  • Must provide an online portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics and design principles in layout design
  • Expert knowledge in processes for graphic design, web, video production, print
  • Expert knowledge in creative development,
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, tablets, Photoshop, etc), Word Press, Visual Composer
  • Expert knowledge in Final Cut Pro, Edius & Premiere
  • Expert knowledge in both Windows and Mac environments
  • Programming knowledge in XML, HTML, java would be an asset
