About This Position



The Operations Manager will manage multiple high-priority projects, while establishing best-work practices and processes across the Company. And will be responsible for leading both strategic and operational integration projects that are delivered on-schedule and on-budget.


  • Develops and contributes ideas and opinions about strategic issues for consideration by Senior Management. This includes collecting relevant data, analyzing data, and developing presentations to present to Senior Management.
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to build out robust project plans to drive the entire lifecycle of both strategic and operational integration projects.
  • Coordinate all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery of projects – Be solutions-oriented to resolve any and all issues which may impact the successful (and timely) completion of projects.
  • Develop all aspect of projects, including project plan, schedule and implement effective reporting to keep project stakeholders and Senior Management informed on key project metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Acts as a strong leader/facilitator in the development and implementation of work processes with current business units for identifying, sharing, and making recommendations to create and institutionalize operational best practices across the organization. Includes follow-up and tracking procedures to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Handles other duties, meetings and projects as assigned.

  • Ability to work in a highly organized manner where attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality are critical.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
