About This Position



A communicator who understands the investment community and is able to articulate Supremes’ value proposition to this audience while managing and maintaining relationships with a wide array of stakeholders.


  • Prepare a wide-range of investor communications materials including presentations, fact sheets, quarterly and annual reports, speaking notes, etc.
  • Coordinate the investor relations calendar.
  • Manage the investor relations section of the website
  • Coordinate and assist with the organization of investor meetings, conferences, analyst desk sides, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and updates to Senior Management and the board of directors.
  • Maintain the stakeholder database


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; BComm considered an asset.
  • Relevant investment industry experience, ideally in a financial or professional services role of a business development and/or investor relations role.
  • Detail oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities.
  • Client centered approach with the commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Experience with financial reporting and studying the financial markets daily; ability to understand the reports to convey the same information to external investor is considered an asset.
  • Excellent MS Office computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Dedicated team player possessing an unflappable positive ‘can do’ attitude, with demonstrated innovation, creativity and resourcefulness in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes, able to work independently and to collaborate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
